Who we are
This site, cubklubgroup.com, is operated by Cub Klub Group Ltd (“we”, “us”), the parent company of the Cub Klub family of children’s brands. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this corporate website. Company no. 13577815, registered in England & Wales. What this notice covers
This notice covers the Cub Klub Group corporate website only. Each Cub Klub brand — Nurseries, TV, Store, Creative Studios, Publishing, Recruitment and Property — publishes its own privacy notice covering its products and services, including anything involving a child’s data, which is handled at the brand level with additional safeguards.
The data we collect
- Enquiry details you give us through the contact form — your name, organisation, email, enquiry type and message.
- Essential site data — your theme and language preference, and cookie choice, stored in your browser to make the site work.
We do not run advertising on this site, we do not use analytics that profile you, and we never use children’s data for advertising or sell personal data to anyone.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use enquiry details to respond to you and to route your message to the right team, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (and yours in getting an answer). Essential preferences are stored on the basis of your consent and to provide the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Browser preferences stay until you clear them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
